SCTPL has a diversified pool of skilled professionals that comprises of project managers, trainers, instructional designers, subject matter experts and a huge multimedia team.
The project managers oversee development activities, collaborate with team members, and manage client relationship. Project schedule, tracking profitability, monitoring project issues and |
contributing to improved procedures are some of the important responsibilities of the project management team.
The Instructional Designers liaise with Subject Matter Experts to facilitate knowledge transfer and quality assurance of content based on learning needs of courseware. The QA team ensures adherence to principles of international standards in content development.
SCTPL’s Multimedia development team is a group of accomplished and experienced professionals headed by a Senior Project Manager. The concerted efforts of illustrators, graphic designers, visualisers, scripters and narrators help us to create various compelling concept-driven images that lend a unique audio-visual effect to each project.
The bottom line is that despite belonging to different domains, SCTPL team is one big group and all of us work to reach a common goal – Client Satisfaction. |

Dr. Ram Pratap oversees the project execution and work flow and ensures to maintain the quality standard. His past experiences with educational institutions of international standard are a great value addition to SCTPL. Dr. Ram Pratap’s eye for finer details and his academic bent of mind are a great source of inspiration for content development team.
Dr. Ram Pratap Ph.D(Physics); Ph.D(Management) had served as Professor and Chairman of the PG Department of Physics at the University of Bombay. In the International Conferences held in 1986 and 1989 at the University of California, Berkeley, USA, he presented his research work before the world community of scientists. Dr. Pratap in 1998 moved from conventional university education system to open and distance education system and took charge of the post of Director (Planning) of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi; while performing several other tasks and fulfilling many responsibilities there, he led his team to prepare IX and X Five Year Plans of the university for securing funds from the Govt. of India. (GoI). During his tenure as Director (Planning), he submitted a project ’Educational development of N-E States’ to MHRD that was approved with a grant of Rs. 15 crores, the fund that university never got before. |
