 SCTL designs, develops and deploys WBTs and CBTs primarily in Science and Mathematics across K-12 segment. Our solutions and products follow standard curricula. The modular structure of content leverages adaptation to other curricula and syllabi. We also specialize in customizing content in other languages.
We provide learners with resources that are flexible and adaptable, well-targeted and easily-accessible. In short, content is presented in terms of learning objects in modules and that's a new paradigm for learning designers and developers.
'A learning object is a small, reusable digital component that can be selectively applied - alone or in combination - by computer software, learning facilitators or learners themselves, to meet individual needs for learning or performance support.'
SCTL has designed and developed SCORM certified learning objects (Digilec*) to supplement the teaching-learning process. Each object includes "a learning objective, a learning activity, a learning assessment adequately embedded with multimedia elements".
Hands-on activities, real-life videos and interactive exercises with analogies drawn from learners' surroundings are embedded in content to reinforce the learning objectives. The content attempts to have control over the learner's attention for a sustained period.

S.Chand and INGENATIC signed an agreement of cooperation in the fields of development, marketing and sales of web-based training solutions in Asia and Europe. INGENATIC is internationally successful in the implementation of Blended Learning projects, supplying content, virtual laboratories and learning infrastructure.
Before signing this formal contract, the partners have been cooperating in several projects in Asia and Africa.
